Trustare is an informational directory of senior care facilities. It brings public data, facility-supplied details and published reviews into one place so you can compare options and contact facilities yourself, directly.
Trustare is not a healthcare provider and gives no medical advice. Nothing here is a recommendation that a particular facility is suitable for a particular person — that judgement needs a professional who knows the circumstances.
Trustare is not a placement or referral agency, and does not take a commission on admissions. We do not sell enquiries to facilities or to third parties.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Facility records draw on public data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, together with information supplied by facilities themselves. Public data is updated on the publisher's schedule and can be incomplete or out of date, and a facility can change between updates.
Where a figure is not published in the source, we show it as not reported. Treat that as unknown, not as zero. Always confirm anything that matters to your decision with the facility directly.
Reviews and star ratings shown on facility pages come from Google. Trustare does not host, write, edit or moderate them, and their presence is not an endorsement. Quality ratings derived from public inspection data are shown as published by the source.
Claiming a listing means you confirm you are authorised to act for that facility. We may ask for evidence and may decline or reverse a claim. Information you publish through a listing must be accurate, must be yours to publish, and must not mislead people about care, licensing or availability.
Facilities may pay for tools and for greater visibility. Paid placement never buys a better rating, never changes inspection data, and is not an endorsement by Trustare. Ranking is not for sale.
Use the site for finding and evaluating care.
The Trustare name, logo, design and the arrangement and presentation of the directory belong to Trustare. Public data remains public data and is attributed to its source. You may share links freely, and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not copy substantial parts of the directory for your own service.
The site links to facility websites and uses third-party services, including mapping and search from Google. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for their handling of your information; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or interruption, or that any listing, rating or figure is complete or current. Decisions about care are yours, and should be made with the facility and with qualified professionals.
To the extent the law allows, Trustare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from care decisions, from a facility's acts or omissions, or from reliance on public data shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change the site and these terms. When we change the terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be signalled rather than made quietly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
